Shipping Policy

If you are located anywhere outside of the continental United States, you must pay the appropriate shipping and or customs import charges.

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes owed. Collins Performance Technologies will not be responsible for getting your projects across the border.

We will only ship out to verified addresses that match your bank or credit card on file. All orders placed after 3 P.M. will not be shipped out until the following business day.

If you need an order expedited next day air, you must call to confirm this availability. All deliveries will require a direct signature. If you are unable to receive your package or there is a failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Certain instances will ship in multiple boxes. Although we strive to keep your inventory full, If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you via the email address you have provided when placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us at with "Damaged Package Order no. _____" within the subject line.
